Marla is a global C-Suite healthcare executive with a unique ability to scale and transform businesses. She has held global leadership roles across healthcare companies from PE-backed to S&P 500 companies, including Pfizer, McKinsey, IQVIA, and Datavant. These roles include Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Customer Officer, and SVP of Strategy, Marketing and Communications in Europe and the US. Her experience includes life sciences, advisory services, healthcare tech/SaaS, and real-world data. She is also a public Board member. Marla is a passionate learner. Natural optimist. Storyteller. Marla holds a M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.S. from Arizona State in Economics. She is consistently inspired and humbled by her teenage sons, amazing network of friends, and the wealth of human knowledge sitting in podcasts and documentaries. She also dabbles in flash fiction and tennis - not yet able to brag about either.

Nikos is a seasoned C-Suite leader in the Pharmaceutical and Technology sectors, with a robust track record in P&L management, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, and Operations, alongside expertise in IT, Data, and AI. His global experience spans the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Currently, he is the co-CEO of Solvea and a co-founder CHOIR, a generative AI data analytics firm. He also advises technology startups in Healthcare and he is a Senior Expert Advisor to McKinsey. Previously, Nikos held significant leadership roles at Novartis, including membership on the Executive Committee for Pharma and Global Head of Digital Commercial Execution, where he led digital and data-driven commercial strategies globally. His career spans more than 25 years and also includes five years as a consultant at McKinsey. Nikos champions transparency, fact-based decision-making, and innovation in leadership. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Caltech and degrees from the  University of Pennsylvania. A former member of the Cyprus Air Force, he now lives in the New Jersey/New York area, enjoying running, skiing, scuba diving, and music with his four children.

Michael is a C-Suite financial executive with extensive experience in asset/wealth management and capital markets. He co-founded Global Thematic Partners, an investment firm that grew to $14+ billion in AUM within five years. Prior to this, he held significant roles at Deutsche Bank, including President of its US registered investment advisor and COO of its US asset management business including DWS Scudder Investments. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Michael was a management consultant at Mitchell Madison Group, with clients including Merrill Lynch, CSFB and First USA. He began his career as a financial analyst within Coopers & Lybrand’s Valuation Services practice. Michael’s executive work in senior roles as President, COO and CFO is characterized by strategic growth, performance improvement, and business efficiency. Currently, Michael provides advisory support to financial executives and early-stage investment companies. He also serves on the Investment Committee of Care Design NY as well as the Summit Board of Education and the Board of the Summit Area YMCA. Michael holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business, a BA in Psychology from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
